OK... I just keep telling myself "It will be OK. It will all work out. I can handle this."

It seems that there is a new rule that says I can't list the Friday night dinner or the Canoe Trip as separate events from the GGA meeting.
So I need to get head counts here.
Please use this thread only for head counts (not for regrets or questions about the events).

1) We'll meet Friday night at the Shellhouse.

2) We'll meet Saturday morning at the Savannah-Ogeechee Canal Museum

I have access to 7 canoes (pdf's & paddles included) for people who don't have their own canoe or kayak. These canoes hold 2-3 people. (Use of the canoes is free, admission to the canal is $2)

I can also help with shuttling. We'll work out those details individually.
We'll meet at 11 am, take a short educational tour and launch at 11:30. We'll end up at King's Ferry in time for the GGA meeting.

Toolteam and Lil Moose & Big Bear placed 4 caches along the river for us to find. Plus, there was already a cache at the Canal, for a total of 5 possible finds while on the canoe trip!!

I'll start another thread for questions & discussion of the canoe trip.

3) There will probably be too many of us at the actual meeting on Saturday to all go to 1 restaurant. I personally plan to go to Love's after the meeting. I'll get a head count during the meeting & run over to tell Love's to expect us at 5. So I don't need the head count for Love's right now (1 less thing for me to concentrate on right now:-)....

Party of 2 for Dinner friday night (I hope they have crab legs hehehe) and party of 2 for the canoe trip. We do not have a canoe so we will need a ride. Thank you so much for planning this event. Really looking forward to it.

Ok, add me in for dinner. Slight chance I may have to work, buts its doubtfull. Cant make canoeing but I should be at the meeting.

Two of us (Sig. Other and I) will join you at the Shell House for dinner (we called it "supper" where I grew up). Yummy!

Hannah and I plan to be at the Shell House for dinner on Friday but won't make the the canoe trip Saturday morning. Looking forward to seeing everone at the meeting on Saturday!

Unfortunately, we will not be there this weekend due to our family and friends last minute change of plans there locally. Everything is fine and we are truly sorry that we are not able to make it and meet all of you down there and cache together on the canoe trip.Thanks for all your hard work and we will see you on anther trip.
