The third in my "Lord of the Rings" Series should be out by this weekend. I went out today and selected all of the waypoints. Tonight I will create all the Geotags and put them out tomorrow and submit the cache for approval. Only nine geocachers have found the "Fellowship of the Ring". You will not be able to find Two Towers until you get "Fellowship of the Ring" and the "Hobbit". These caches have codes which are required for this one.

Two Towers will be harder than the other two, both mentally and physically.

Good Luck.

Recovering Geocacher

This was a toughie. I had trouble with every stage except the second and the final one. It didn't help that I forgot to bring a calculator along and had to do some conversions with pen and paper. I'm embarrased to say I had to use my cell phone to call for help too.

Most embarrasing though - I forgot to note the codes on the inside back cover of the log book that I'll need to find the fourth cache in this series. I had forgotten that with the first one and had to refind it before going off to look for the second and third. If one of the six who preceeded me in finding this cache could e-mail them to me it'd save a return trip. I've already made one partial return trip to get the nifty collector card (#7) that I missed the first time.

Thanks!

This from the guy who made Archimedes' Spiral? Okay....you got my attention.

Do you plan to end this series with ROTK or will you go all the way to The Simirillion?

A geocacher's nighmare: able to find hundreds of hidden boxes all over the world, yet can only find one sock when unloading the clothes dryer.
