Well it is time for the annual Lacy geo-event. It will be Saturday Sept 29. This will be the sixth event, as well as the third camp out. We like to move our event around, some times to the west, sometimes to the east. This year we are going so far east that it is in SC. The campground is a primitive campground, which keeps it cheap but that means you have to bring everything, including water.

Here is the geocache page. Like the last two campouts the main events are during the day Saturday, and spending the night is optional.

i am just throwing in my own pesonal preference, but i like it best when we share the meal on saturday evening like up at that lake. i think we cooked our own hotdogs or meat and then brought something to share to eat. that was the best. so i think we should designate a time when the food goes on the table and we all sit down to eat together. i know i am not an honorary Lacy so i hope i am not speaking out of turn here. i just thought it all worked out very nicely that time at the lake. plus there was wonderful food to sample.

I like redworm preference too.
We will put a time to eat the Saturday evening meal on the agenda. The agenda will be complete soon.

I have updated the geocache page to include a General Itinerary. Now remember all activities are optional you can come and just socialize, or eat one of the meal, or just do the snipe hunt etc. Or any combination that you like.

We might be able to make this (and would love to!) but we have something to do that morning/mid-day for a Scout troop. Are late arrivals OK?

And ... I think I know the answer from notes in the log, but are dogs allowed here?

Thanks!

Yup.

Cause if it's cold you'll need to use them as heaters. It's always worked for me.

"Dogs allowed" is in the attributes.

Late is fine, as I said all activities are optional.
