Yep, a cookie. When I click on it IE give me a cookie warning. The cookie appears to be from "cnonline.net" whoever that is. I hit "block" and IE folds. I routinely block all cookies from outfits I don't know.
If appears that the sound file is really on cnonline.net. It also appears that cnonline.net is running the WebTrends log file analysis program. WebTrends can be set to cause a Microsoft webserver to send a cookie to any browser the first time it requests any file (not just web pages). Then the next time the browser request a file, the cookie is sent from the browser to the webserver and a copy is placed in the log. That way when WebTrends produces the statistics, it can show how many requests were for the first time and how many were caused by return visits.
As cookies go this one is fairly benign. Of course I have my system set to reject most cookies including this one.

I know it's fun to make challenging caches, but do we all have to be Certified Webmasters to figure out how to program our PC's to up-load a simple geocaching page? come on, Kenneth, lighten up and get rid of the bells and whistles.

I think the "Bells and whistles" tell where the cache is. I haven't checked since I don't get to Eastern Gwinnett very often. As far as I can tell no Webmasters skill are required. The cookie has nothing to do with cache, it just happens to be used by the webserver.
Of course I could make the claim that the Difficulty should be a 5 star since special equipment (a soundcard) is required.

When I click on "details" and the page that comes up is solid green, that tells me that I don't have what's needed to read the page, that in other instances loads correctly. In my mind, the difficulty should be put towards hiding the cache, not hiding the cache details page.

The cache page loaded fine for me. The morse code works fine for me too. I'd like to find a web site that can translate morse like they can foreign languages, but I suspect I'll have to do it the old fashioned way.
CNONLINE.NET is my hosting ISP. Since most now know there is a sound file in the page, I will say that the MIDI file is embedded in the HTML code on the cache page.
Allen, thanks for the details about the cookie. I was not aware that it would do this as my system alreadys has cookies for my ISP hosting. I apologize for any problems with browsing the site.

DaRebel (or anyone else), I'll be happy to email you the sound file if you can't get it in your browser. It was supposed to be a challenge in morse, not computer items.

Aksor,
My intent was to make a challenging cache after my regular cache and I wanted it to be different. I was gonna do the cache with dots and dashes, but a search on geocaching revealed it had already been done. Unfortunately in the computer world things do not always go as planned. Many users complain that applications are not flexible enough but they function identically on all systems so are fairly easy to debug and troubleshoot. However web browsers are not in that category. Out of 100 people views any particular webpage, the page could be rendered up to 10 different ways on the clients based on browser type/settings/security/etc. I understand your frustration with working the cache, but it is a level 4 and different from other caches. As I said to DaRebel, I'd be happy to email you the MIDI, but email clients unfortunately fall into the same category as browsers. I'd email you the decode but with only one log so far, it might discourage or tick off fellow cachers.
I can also let you know that if you are frustrated with the cache page, you may not want to proceed as there is another twist that might irritate you more. Some may find it "neat".

FYI that after clearing out my cookies, I experienced the same thing DaRebel did, IE bombed ! After accepting the cookie it worked fine.
I will see if I can find another spot to host the file to reduce browser problems. My apologies to anyone experiencing this.
