Ok... been thinking about this and wanted to know what your thoughts would be.

Basically, the game would be a very complex series of multi-caches in which several teams would compete for a prize.

For example, if there were 4 teams, we would have 4 multi-caches of equal difficulty. Each team would be assigned a multi-cache to tackle. The first team to complete their multi-cache would be the first place winner, etc. etc. on down the line.

The difference is this: in order to have a COOL prize, there would be an entrance fee. ALL OF THE PROCEEDS WOULD BE AWARDED. The game creator(s) puts together the caches on a volunteer basis.

We could even make it a regional competition where several states come together for a tournament. Who knows, we could even have sponsors for the event. (How cool would it be to have Best Buy donate a few GPSrs as prizes in exchange for a little marketing?)

Jeep enthusiasts do this all the time.

What do you think? It could be something that we start small scale and just see where it goes from there?
