Thanks for teasing me about this at the GGA Event.. but seeing as it's Latin, I'm going to let some other book nerd figure it out. Although I've got a few years under my belt from way-back-when, I'm not going to relive those nightmares for a cache.

With 6 years of Latin under my belt (a lifetime ago), I was able to semi-decipher the 1st paragraph. Ow, my head hurts now. I'm going to keep plugging away at it though.

Hint: You'll need to know more than Latin to decrypt the second paragraph, though it'll come in handy later...

If I work this, the FTF prize better be that Garmin 60CSx I want!

When I posted this cache, I said "better than average" FTF & STF prizes. I didn't say OUTSTANDING prizes. If I could afford prizes like a 60CSx I think my last name should be Gates, Trump, etc.

Hopefully the prizes will seem worth at least a little of the effort to get them.

I received a message that indicates someone is on the right track to figuring out the puzzle. I shouldn't be surprised that someone in our group spotted an item on the cache page which would lead them to the solution.

Guess we'll see this weekend if they figure it out.
