The original geocache was placed so that if you got near the coordinates it was an easy find. Too easy, it was plundered. For details see Un-Original Stash which is close and still active. So the game quickly changed so that hiders were making it hard for mundanes to find but easy for geocache hunters. Now we are in the phase where more and more of the hiders are making it hard for everyone to find even geocache hunters. And had no idea it was there. I found out about caches about 2 weeks later just after I had moved from the Seattle area to Georgia. Of course the cache in question is near Seattle. My GPSr is Trans-Portable and has a Ford Ranger mounted to it. | |||
