I figured the Lacys would slip up on properly advertising this event. I wanted to make sure all of the GGA'ers know that the 5th Annual Lacy Event is coming up. The chosen weekend of September 30 is quickly approaching. Make your plans now! This year it will NOT be in the mountains, but that is OK - Flatlanders need to have fun too.
Fall Camp Out (GCXY9Y)

(For the alternative crowd, this will also be a Terracaching event)

Bummer!
I've already made plans to go camping that weekend with another group.
One of these years I'll be able to attend.
Y'all have fun!

Bummer, I'll be with another group in the Nashville area that weekend. I really enjoyed the previous Lacy events and encourage people to participate if they can.

I tried to invite the eastern Alabama cachers, but it seems like the Alabama Geocachers Assoc. website has been down.

It's been down for quite some time. Most of the slack has been picked up by www.dixiecachers.com. I registered there and posted a "shout" about the camp out.
