This park has a mix of enticing nature trails, bikeways, and greenway corridors. Located just a few miles from the busy Mall of Georgia, the park gives it's visitors a chance to get back to nature. The Gwinnett Environmental & Heritage Center gives guests an educational peak into the ecological journey of this region of the state. The center has interactive exhibits which allow visitors a chance to learn about the planet we live on. The park is a great place for a family get together; there is seating all over the park for picnics or just resting.

Park/Trails hours are from dawn-dusk
The building hours are M-F 1-5 Sat 10-5 (there is a fee associated when entering the building BUT NOT TO THE PARK)

I have placed 3 caches in this park for all to enjoy. I am a new member on GGA and had I joined sooner I would have been able to give you guys/gals a heads up. Only a few people have found the caches and even fewer have found all three.


Im about to place another that will require you to visit threes caches with a number on the back to find the final cache and you will need the numbers to unlock the final cache, but this will no be a multi.

I found two of them with my buddy, Trez, when they were brand new. (There were only 2 placed in the park when we hunted).
We were both pleasantly surprised by this new park. It is a very nice area, and your caches top-notch.
Maybe I should wait until you saturate the park, and THEN go get the new ones.

note...not next weekend but the one after I plan on putting another cache in the park...i know we cant claim an area but i hope to have it out before someone else takes the spot. I found a perfect place to put one but passed it by to look all throughout the park. I plan on taking my mom out to help hide this cache with me as I purchased 4 ammo boxes for christmas and gave one to every member of my family.

I might go out tomorrow and place a micro...thats IF i dont go to helen and find a new cache *cough cough*
