www.waymarking.com

I like virtual caches, so I have enjoyed playing with the startup of the waymarking web site. You cannot do queries yet, and that will make things more interesting. I have been waymarking a few things along the way. I jumped into category management and have kept some good categories moving along.

There are a few of us using the site that are here in GA. Maybe we can answer some questions. It is just like virtual geocaching in that many waymarks have questions or ask for posted photos to verify your visit. You log in to the above web site using your regular geocaching.com log in name and password. There are forums at the bottom of the Groundspeak Forums about waymarking too. You can find good info in pinned topics there.

Happy Waymarking! signal found

Thanks for the forum! I am the History Museums group owner on the Waymarking site. Let's add some more fun travel spots to see when out caching. Smile

Nice to see another group leader!

I am the leader of the Natural Arches, POW/MIA Memorial sites, The Ansel Adams Photo Documentation group, the Plane Crash Sites group, Dog Statue group, the Outdoor Windharp group and the good old Painted Fire Hydrants group. The last four are not that busy. I am officer 2 on a few, most busy is the Webcam group.

I guess I am "into" waymarking. signal cute smile

I may transfer the Fire Hydrants to the puppymonster. He is the man regarding those. Wink Smile

WOW!

One is enough for me right now. LOL How do you manage to keep up with them all? It must be the 'mystical mountain' powers...

Yes, I think the puppymonster is better for the fire hydrants. Big Grin

I'm the leader for the Hot Air Balloon Festivals Group and the Amusement Parks Group and a member/officer of about 6 other groups. Probably the one I am most looking forward to watching that I am an officer on is the Oddball Museums Group Smile

I created a waymark in Seoul when I was there. Saw a statue of phat.bak and couldn't resist.

I have a location for another site I liked in Florida last week, when I get around to it.
