Have any of you ever post a "Additional Waypoint" on your geocache page of a waymarking site to help get people into waymarking?

I meant to ask you about how to go about that? Did that come out right? PPP

I have not add it directly to any of mine yet, however it seem you should be able to by add a waypoint (under Navigation on the right side of your geocache page) and mark it was a reference point.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong but I believe the "additional waypoint" indicator on an owner's cache page refers to geo locations that apply to the cache, such as parking, trailheads, and stages of a multi.

I just put a line in the cache page informing them it's also a waymark.

Actually, additional waypoints can be used for points of interest along the way. Featuring a waymark location could work just fine for that too. Excellent idea.

I put together a multi cache using waymarks as the stages of the cache. So far two folks have found the final and both commented on the learning and the things they saw while persuing the cache. Time will tell if this works out and this was pretty aggressive since the total mileage on the quest is 50 miles. If you want to look at what I did it is Bartow History Multicache (GC1DM7H).
