I recently bought a eTrex H. It did not come with any cord so that I can download caches from my computer to my gps. What do I need to buy? Does anyone have any extras?

I found the following on the internet as an accessory to the eTrex H.

USB to RS232 converter cable (requires applicable unit PC interface cable)
010-10310-00
$ 59.99 USD

There is an online owners manual available for your gps which I found also....I would suggest checking it before spending any money.

I have an old cable, but it is a different connector. You can also checkout this website for cables http://www.pc-mobile.net/gedc.htm

The cable there is about $15 versus garmin's $60 costs.

I have an old Serial cord from a Garmin Etrex Vista. I'm not sure if it's what you're looking for but if you want it you can have it for free.

I live in Buford, very close to the Mall of Georgia.
