Ok...I'm finally out of therapy after trying to solve this cache and my therapist says I could try again (just kidding).

I decided to give another run at it and finally figured out what to do.
I too used my computer background to help with the cause and had the coords shortly thereafter.

I should get it logged soon.

I think it would have been cool if the cache was where you had to stand to look into the drain at the dam, since you would be looking into where the coords are. Of course that would be bending the rules.

Oh well, it'll be over soon.
