"Live" was fairly simple to crack, well with some help from Holt. Regonized what was going on but did know what exactly to call it. Then Holt gave me a little hint that busted the door wide open. Cant wait to get up that way yo find it.
As for Painful IUntropsection. I give up. Holt also prodded me along the way to "solving" it only to see from Erik that it wasnt right.

Happy Hunting! Smile

As far as Trez's cache, reviewers read the guidelines to mean the large all caps emphasised NOT. (When my mom told me that I may NOT go outside to play with my friends, I knew what she meant.) The first sentence of that paragraph says "This is the original cache type consisting of (at a bare minimum) a container and a logbook." We do miss things from time to time in a description (done it myself several times so this was most likely just an over-site. Slayerette is correct.

Gee, Do not want anyone to be unhappy or outside the guide lines.
I will FIX E.R.I.K. tomorrow and use the micro as a clue to a hidden container with a log book.
Everyone happy campers now?
Cheers

No, I'm "camping" in Charleston, SC this week and you've gone and put a cache in my backyard.
Guess I'll have to wait 'till Sunday to look for it. cursing

Wonder if you'll find mine before I find yours..
Razz

Hope Trailerman and Johnnie won't be disappointed, but I did move the earlier hint to the cache page and elaborate on it a bit. Come-on folks, this isn't rocket science! I'm rootin' for you!

I was Happy before and I'm happy now, I was just curious in between. Confused

I had been turned down with that cache style before and was hoping that the rules had been changed. It would have made Lunch Break caches easier to maintain so I could place more.

Who knew Shrug I would be "correct" on anything?
But as phat.bak would say (quoting me actually)...Even a blind pig finds an acorn once in a while! I just didn't think this time would be one of those times.

Sorry for the extra work.

I don't understand beans about that, Allen, but if you replace that word with "cache" in the article it's all starting to make sense in a nonsensical sort of way......

Well, since it slipped through he could leave it as it is. I think it is great that Trez is going to work a logbook into it. Thumbs Up signal big smile

So what is the limit on ones that slip by? If someone put a no log book cache beside a railroad in National park and it got approved could it stay?

Anyway my guess as to why code caches were banned is a very few people pushed the limit too far and the only way these few could be stopped was to stop everyone. Which is a shame, since the few I have found were well done.

JB, I saw Erik's cache but didn't even try it. I'm waiting for someone else to be the FTF on this one. Besides, right now I'm working & going to school. I can't spend TOO much time geocaching until after Tax Season is over... Help

I am going over tomorrow to look for places that I can look into like culverts, drainpipes, entrances to hades and I will probably fall in and break an arm or leg which I am sure will be painful. Does that mean I have found the cache?

Ouch! I would suggest first looking inwardly at the cache page so you'll be able to zero in on where to look inwardly once at the park. lightbulb

"if an infinite number of monkeys are given typewriters for an infinite amount of time, they will eventually produce the complete works of Shakespeare"

Does this apply to geocachers trying to decode Erik's description?
