If no one here knows they should email the cache owner and see how they should proceed.

I know this is a late reply but currently the only geocache listed in Miller County is Welcome to Colquitt GCZH9M, which hasn't been found in over 2 years and is believed to be missing. The CO that owned all the caches in that area archived them on gc.com but has them listed on another site.

Where do we find info on the counties challenge? We want to do it, but I need info!?

Miller County is a big black hole for us, too. Hopefully, a new cache will appear in the future. We're waitin' and watchin'.
