on our puzzle cache online, but they did not find it, they did not log it on the paper logbook. They also admitted that they did not find it, but they report "we are counting this one as found". We have deleted several of their online logs and smilies and even explained why.

You have done about all you can. You have done the proper thing that is you sent them an email telling them that you don't consider their "find" real and plan to delete any new ones. The only thing you can do is to continue to delete all their "found it" logs and this continues until one of you get tired of it.

I played that 'delete' gamewith another cacher awhile back. I got tired of it, so I let his/her log stay. BUT - I also posted a note with the same date as theirs, and explained in my post for all to see, that they were cheaters and had NOT found the cache, and had kept relogging after I deleted theirs. I made sure to post their geonick.
Flaming Mad
They removed their log the next day.

They way I see it is don't let their (excuse me phat.bak) pig-headedness ruin your enjoyment of this game/sport/activity/therapy/exercise program/etc..... If they want to run up some numbers who cares. Is there a winner in the end?

I do some backpacking and one of the funniest things I have heard is how someone's hike was ruined because they passed someone on the trail using an iPod. All they did was see the ear buds....they did not hear anything....

Do the sport for your enjoyment and ignore the ones that want to play it their way

I am not a therapist, but I did stay in a Holiday Inn Express once Big Grin
