Just doing the math:

1 ammo can $2.99 + "Special Handling Charge:" $3.00 + Shipping to Suwanee $9.67 = $15.66 per can.

A little break with qty:
[4] ammo cans $11.96 + "Special Handling Charge:" $3.00 + Shipping to Suwanee $11.30 = $26.26 or $6.56 per ammo can

Get'em local for about $4.00 each Total whether ya buy one or ten.
