looked at some color pda's today, but just couldnt dedide which one! there are so many out there. ive seen many of you folks using them at the meetings and on the trails, and i just dont want to do the paper thing anymore.

i do know that i want a color pda. will hook it up with my garmin and some mapping program and use it in the car for directions. want to keep it under $200.

i would like to have all the bells and whistles as well. and oh yea, the pda has to do the normal stuff like calendar, appointments, calculator, etc.

any ideas? price? where?

thanks

tp

I have a Palm Tungsten T that I bought used on Ebay for $150. It came with everything from the original box and the only defects were a few knicks and scratches. Going Ebay could get you a better Palm for cheaper whether new in box or used. However some may advise againist this as something can always be a foot on Ebay so I would tread carefully and do research in ggoing with Ebay.
There are plenty of units under $200 that are suitable. Whether it be Palm or PPC.
Look at Palmone.com for there products or for PPC maybe something like a Dell (I dont know much about PPC and units so you may want a second opinion on that).

Happy Hunting! Smile
