It was a special they ran in May. It's no longer available. Though I've noticed some pedometers at Wally World for < $4.

Yeah, Birdies is right!
I got my free one then. Pretty nice one too! Then my wife nabbed it!  Keep an eye out at Wally World, they have them for $3.88 all the time, but occasinally they have a nice 16oz closable polystyrene drink bottle with a free pedometer for only $4.88!!
