Saw an ad in this morning's AJC for Fry's Electronics (Duluth). They have an entry level Magellan Explorist 100 for $79.99. I don't know anything about Maggie's, but thought I'd post. | ||

Save your money on these. Had a chance to work with these and was not inpressed at all. Better off with a Yellow Etrek IMHO It's a matter of degrees | |||

My understanding is the Explorist 100 does not have an connection interface for transfering waypoints. Fry's online store has Garmin Geko's (similar unit) for $70. Not sure about S&H. I believe same story about connectivity. Kenneth | |||
