The coupons are unique with a barcode that ties it to your login, so you have to do the survey yourself and cannot share the coupon with others or make duplicates since after scanned once, any other ones with the same barcode will not work.

Also, not sure if you are a web newbie, but posting your email address can make it a target for spam as harvesters will sometimes grap them off web pages.
Some people trick the programs by putting their address up like this:

I've been doing this for a while and it works pretty good.

I have had problems finding one or two of the drink coupons they gave me as they were either new or obscure products.

I also have a QT credit card and they usually send a free coupon in their bill for it.
Kinda makes getting a bill for your gasoline a little bit easier to handle.
Got a coupon for a free 16oz coffee with my last one.
