The only problem with golf is that the slow people are always in front of you and the fast people always end up behind you.

A couple of years ago I got a free pass to play a State Park golf course by getting a "Friends of the Park" annual pass at Ft. Yargo State Park. That was $10 more than the regular annual pass.

Unfortunately it's not quite as easy any more.
Now you have to pay $100 for your free pass, but you do get other benefits.
