Anyone hacked a Palm yet? I have a 3c running Delorme SA 2004 Handheld on and it is sometimes slow. I realize that with only a 20 mhz processor it will never be lightning quick. Anyone know what "excess" programming I could remove to free up things. Can you somehow speed up the processor (without dropping it off a bluff)? What about it Mr. Lacey. Wink

Folks tell me there is no P in hampster...Oh yeah, squeeze one!!!

I'd be wary of overclocking. My computer is a dead carcass now due to my overclocking it's processor. Ran too hot an it crashed and burned.
Not sure if the slower processors can take the hit, but I'd investigate.

As I said, I have never done overclocking on PC's or PDA's. There is no way to increase the cooling on a PDA, but for PC's you can add extra coolers. http://www.overclockers.com/ has a lot of information on how to do it.
