I have a PALM IIIc running OS 3.5.3 and it has a mail icon on it. I have Microsoft Outlook and Outlook Express on my PC (Win 2000 SP4). How can I get my email from the PC to the PALM (and vice versa)when I Hotsync? What else do I need to make it happen?

You might need a new version of the Palm Desktop software. The version that I installed includes "Outlook Conduit Install" that installs PocketMirror which facilitates the updates to the palm.

This worked for me, but my palm is a sony:
Go to your palm desktop and open "Hotsync". Click "Customise". Scroll down to mail and activate it. Make it the default.That should work. Click the icon in the palm and see if it has any options. I was able to work an older Palm with mail and it crapped out so I bought a newer one and it works fine also.
