I'm gonna start searching through the forums, but thought I'd ask here as well.

Until these long convoluted ASP/.NET id's came along, one used to be able to search for a cache via:

http://www.geocaching.com/cache_detailssomething.asp?id=GCxxxx

instead of:
http://www.geocaching.com/cach_details.asp?uid=85af-2328-etc

Can somebody give me a pointer of what it is I'm looking for? Thanks!

It'll still work if you use

http://www.geocaching.com/seek/cache_details.aspx?wp=GCxxxx

or if you have the cache number
http://www.geocaching.com/seek/cache_details.aspx?id=xxxxxx

Cache numbers don't seem to be displayed too prominantly anymore though.
