Has anyone here actually used one of these beasties for Geocaching?

I recently had the opportunity to get one of these by horse-trading / barter, and I jumped at it. Now I'm a bit nonplussed. It seems that the only way to import waypoints causes them to be dumped into my address book. I actually have a registered copy of Cachemate, but haven't installed it yet and don't know exactly how it would integrate with the GPS.

Other things that I've noticed include a distinct lack of sensitivity (takes forever to lock, won't lock at all in places where my GPS V is perfectly happy), a rather incomplete off-road nav screen, and "Grafitti 2", which is a complete pain in the ass to someone who has already learned Grafitti the old way!

Would love to hear from anyone with experiences to share.

I tried one of these when shopping for a PDA, but got ticked off when it wouldn't work in the store (metal roof?) and they wouldn't let me take it outside.

My new Palm has the Graffiti 2, which works fine for someone who gave up on Graffiti and gave his early Palm to his son out of frustration.
