Well the Lacy Hikers went to Cochran Falls this weekend. This is a cool falls.

There are no paved trails


In fact the trail gets steep

Did I mention that it gets steep


But the falls look great


No wooden walk ways to distract from the falls


The three of us had a great time


It was nice trail even if steep at the end


Now if you are thinking about going be careful people have died at this waterfall. But it would be a full trip for those of you with a 4WD.

I thought you were kidding. Everyone knows that the only time mtn-man goes to the mountains is when he is 2 or more states from mtn-woman!

Can you tell me what the GPS coordinates are for Cochran Falls?

Great place! Are there any caches around the area? I'm putting this place on my "must do" list for the near future!
