Well I did it. I bought me a Sony DSC-P100 for $350 (cheapest for the blue one, $20 cheaper for silver) from www.datavisioncomputer.com sadly i jsut got an email saying its on back order. I just bought a case on eBay and im currently bidding on a 512mb Memory Stick Pro, but may have to resort to the 256mb size.

Decided to go with the 256mb for $45 (half price!!!) on eBay.
Was hoping for a 512mb in the 60's but that wasnt happening. I wanted the bigger memory because i saw the video this thing can shoot on one the review sites (steve's digi cams.com, i think) and it was awesome. While that is not the main reason in purchasing the camera it is definitely an added bonus.

And what i jsut noticed is that the camera was marked as "In Stock" at DataVis, however its on backorder till NEXT Firday at the earliest .
