I'm wondering if we could do any event caches on June 25th, when Applebees will be donating 15% of proceeds to this worthy organization?

Sounds like a great idea. A group of my friends from work are already planning a dinner at Applebees to support the foundation. The more the better.

It would be too late to list them at this point. You have to list two weeks out. In addition, you could not mention the charity aspect, though just being there and eating takes care of the donation so it would not matter if you mentioned it.
