Mine is still updating the numbers. It seems like it take a few seconds to catch up. The numbers are piling up faster than it can display.

I hammered on it for about a half hour and saw the percentage for Goss's team go up one percentage point while the lead pub did not move a singe vote. Looks like I wasn't the only one voting though.

It looks like after 30 votes the server inserts a 15 second pause before it will accept another vote from the same computer. That is if I would write a program to do such a thing.

By the number of votes this morning, it looks like someone besides me knows how to write a voting program.

I'm sure you can write a better program! In fact, if you can out pace the other folks' cheating program I'm sure Goss will let you tap the keg she now owes CharlieP and others!

My computer is getting tried of voting Chicago style.

From what I understand, the boss-man knows Bob Townsend fairly well. He may be able to find out when the poll actually closes.

On another note...members of "the competition" showed up a few nights ago

There were several episodes of the TV sitcom Cheers in which Sam's bar was in competition with another nearby establishment, can't remember the name of the other guy, but he usually won.
