This is my first post to GGA, so forgive me if this has been addressed previously.

I was wondering if anyone had some recommendations for overnight hikes in North Alabama that would be good for caching as well? Talladega NF looks promising, but I haven't done much research on where to hike and camp in the area. I thought I would see if anyone had any ideas.

Thanks in advance!

Talladega is a good choice; some great caches there, too. There is a state park (Cheaha) in the center of the NF where you can stay with water & hookups, but if you're packing you should be able to set-up anywhere in the NF.
