As a Penn State fan.....

LSU plays in the SEC, almost beat FL(if I remember right), tough schedule.

PSU- plays only 2 good teams all year at HOME and LOSES them both. Big 10 conference.

I'll take LSU(brain). I'll still be cheering for PSU(heart) but wont be shocked(or cry) at a loss.

I don't play spreads. Win or lose only cuz I just pull for the boys in blue & white no matter what. If the wrong QB shows up, it will be a slaughter.

That field was horrid and definitely negatively impacted the game.

I think those conditions favored Penn State. LSU's speed wasn't a factor at all. Penn State just played PSU football, we can't score TD's inside the 20....ugh.
With the score at 13-3 and LSU gave them a gift at the 20 all PSU had to do was get a TD to go ahead 20-3 and the game would have been over.
Oh well at least Penn State won!!!!! Hopefully they finally get a good QB next year.
