Alright I can go anywhere on the web, excpet for Armstrong's website(http://armstrong.edu) or any site in the armstrong domain(http://chemistry.armstrong.edu, etc.). I restarted my computer, nothing, tried Firefox..nothing. The site works i verified on a nother computer. heres the kicker i tried all the computers in the apt. Only the computers on the wireless network cannot access the web site. It worked fine yesterday afternoon, but last night adn this morning its not wroking.
I get a "this Page Cannot Be Displayed" error. and occasionally an MSN message saying the wbsite does not exist.
Ideas?

Well, I can't get to http://armstrong.edu either. I would guess its an intranet site, not an internet site. It is not recognizing you as an approved user, perhaps?

Is there perhaps a login page that you're bypassing, but the other PCs can get right to the http://armstrong.edu page because of saved cookies?

Most people in charge of .com's make both work, i.e. http://www.allenlacy.com and http;//allenlacy.com, but it has to be configured correctly and so I am not surprised a .edu didn't take time.

It actually turned out that it was the router. All of the computers on the wireless network could not access it. Unplugged the router, plugged it back and voila it works.
Yeah armstrong sites are weird. Some work with and without the "www" and some work only with the "www" and some work only without the "www" so go figure.
