My initial smart alecky thought was to post the location of Lake Lanier Island. But I remembered that caches aren't supposed to be placed in such a manner that they'd require a a hefty admission fee, and figgured this would similarly apply.

Here's a couple in my neck of the woods.
N33 48 111 / W084 22 331 - just popped up this year, takes up a large corner lot at Montgomery Ferry + Monroe. OOOOOh!
N33 48 611 / W084 21 469 - a yearly tradition of neighbor vs. neighbor. AAAhhhhh!

There was an article in the paper a few days ago (which since I've no doubt recycled) about a house in NE Gwinnett that has 300,000 lights. The guy installed a 450 amp service to handle the load. I recall the article stated it was in the Harbins Rd. area, off Drowning Creek Rd. I've been meaning to hunt it out, but like everything else this time of the year, there just doesn't seem to be time. Maybe tonight.

FYI this is about 1.5 miles from my house.
I've seen this house a couple of years.
He has a scale train running about a miniture town in his garage too. Lights on the lawn and every inch of the house.

A quick map online gives me coords of
33 57' 58.32
83 54' 00.65
[confirmed and here is dec format
33 57.967
83 54.044
]

I haven't checked the coords yet, but here are some directions there just in case.

North on I-85.
East on GA-316.
Right on Harbins Rd.
Right on W. Drowning Creek.
Cross over Ewing Chapel at stop sign.
First subdivision on the left, first house on left. If you get this close then you'll see the place.

Kenneth

Confirmed Kenneth's coords and directions. We went to look last night. Unbelievable! He says "only" 300,000 but I think closer to a million. I found the AJC article online. Do a Google search on "holiday lights dacula". The article is the 3rd or 4th one down. It's worth the trip if he charged admission.
