Not a problem POS. Glad I can help with a solution or until a better one does come up.

If anyone has ideas/suggestions/complaints for the webpage, let me know.

I love the newsletter too. Very nice job Shorthair Smile

Thanks, Stephanie and Shilo, for getting the NL posted and distributed. And thanks to redworm for her contributions to this month's issue.

Due to my contractual status with the Las Vegas Confessions show, I'm unable to elaborate on your subtle accusation.

So, who was the 1st person to reach 100 finds in GA?

Hello all. I'm working on the September newsletter and would like to solicit some help. There will be a feature on "Caching Resources on the Web." I've cached long enough to have found many great websites/downloads/resources on the web, but I'm sure many of you use websites and resources that I may not be familiar with. Please post sites that you have found useful here, or send a link to me: gganews(at)bellsouth.net or through my profile. I'll be finishing up most of the newsletter this coming weekend (Aug. 22-23), so send me your ideas before then.

Thanks,

Prof. SH, your friendly neighborhood editor

I found a GSAK macro that I use quite a bit with my Garmin nuvi. It loads caches into the nuvi as POIs (points of interest). It stores the whole description, size, diff/terr, hints, last 5 logs, etc. Tell the nuvi to take you to one. Set up the optimal route to snag a bunch of caches. Load in caches along a route and have it beep at you when you're getting close to any given one.

Can't wait to read this issue!!

Here are a few I use/have used in pursuit of the elusive wild geocache.

Aren't you forgetting a few font-related URLs? Help

Here's another one I've found useful a few times:

Fizzy Calc

I've used it mainly for coordinate conversions and projections.

Here's one:

rumkin

Has a section on various conversions - and cyphers too. Haven't dug around here near enough.
