GGA members,

I have told the Steering Committee and those members present at the June 7 meeting of my decision to step aside and relinquish my duties as a Steering Committee member. I am very proud of the many successes of the SC and the GGA as a whole over the past two years, and I greatly appreciate all of the support you have provided during that time.

My intention is to continue to assist the SC with transition planning, and to be available to the ongoing SC if needed. I plan to continue to be an active GGA member.

The SC will advise the membership of transition plans through the member area of this GGA discussion board.

Seriously, the group thanks you for all you've done as our Master of Ceremonies at the meetings, as well as all the behind the scenes work to ensure that the meetings and other activities go well. You'll be a hard act to follow.
