I think I will like this. I see my self uploading the final coordinates to Puzzles and Stages. That way if I have a problem with GSAK or my HD crashes, I have a backup. And yes I do backup GSAK to an external USB Drive. Close only counts in Horseshoes, hand-grenades and geocaching. ~ltblarg |

Why do you need the final coordinates to Puzzles and Stages after you have found them?

I like to call all my buddies and share!!
I keep them in the event a cool coin or PT shows up in inventory or the logs, or if a 'needs maintenance' shows up & I know the owner's away on an Alaska cruise or something, or if I forget my geo-challenge passport back in the truck, or whatever. |

It's about the journey |
For me, after all the "leg work" is done this will provide a nice area for final coordinates and other information about a cache. When I get visitations from my family (who are not cachers) I take them to those momentous places I've discovered through geocaching.
This will also provide a purpose for special situations, like this cache. |

You mean I won't have to lug around this 12-pound, 4" binder of Solved-But-Not-Found mystery caches anymore? I just knew it would be a Best Seller some day ... provided someone can break my encryption. This message has been edited. So I can stop posting them on Facebook... PAPERLESS !!! I can think of lots of reasons. I plan on using it before I find the caches. I have been in the area of a cache I knew I had solved but the coordinates were home in the computer. You could also put notes for puzzles you haven't solved yet, things you have tried, hints you might have heard at a GGA meeting etc. Like LZ33 said, going back to visit caches. Stages of multi-caches. I have a couple of caches were I found stage two and I put the second stage in as a waypoint but couldn't finish, etc. Then the next weekend I am loading another 100 caches so I wipe the GPSr and load new coordinates. Oh, oh, there goes the stage. Plus, not having to carry around a 12 pound puzzle book.... my solved puzzles list isn't that long. BTW, A hundred dollar bounty for "Puzzler's Tome" BTW, good to see people are actually visiting the forums. We pay for this each month, we need to at least use it. This message has been edited.
