Let's not forget the one that has been in a state park the longest. Tallulah Gorge Log been there since 8/12/2001. And there is first one to have a box in the woods Authorized Tallulah Gorge Cache placed 8/11/2002.
Of course redworm has already found one of them.

When this bookmark is finished i will place it in the pinned forum. I see the pinned forum as a place for bookmark lists, I did not start this discussion there for the simple reason that I did not want the pinned forum to get too long with discussions where people have to wade through a bunch of replies etc. just to get to a final list.
Making progress on the list I think there is at least one out I-20 that I have to find, near rutledge. I just can't think of the name of the state park out there at the moment. And I think there might be one in southwest Georgia. There are 12 on the list so far.
Redworm - Over lunch I compared the list of GA parks at the official site with what I can see on Google Earth. Have an XLS file with 33 caches within park boundaries! Contact me off-line if you want it....

I think JMTBuzz's cache is the one you are thinking about, Redworm.
More State Park Caches:
Unicoi/Smith Creek Cache (GC20B0), Anna Ruby's Cache (GC21C2) and God Blass John Wayne (GCJJWC) all in Unicoi State Park.
Amicalola Challenge (GCDB85)at Amicalola Fall State Park.
There are also Earthcaches at both Cloudland Canyon (GCZEZ1) and Providence Canyon (GCPBQR) State Parks. Providence Canyon also has a Virtual Cache, "Georgia's 'Little Grand Canyon'" (GCG07D).
Sorry for the lack of links, but I can't seem to get that feature to work.

2 of these are my caches and all 3 are NOT on State Park property. They are purposefully just outside of the park boundry, but are accessed from within. You can even see the boundry marker at one cache. It was easier getting them approved that way. I think Trez* Amicalola Challenge is the same, but I am not sure.

My bad, then. It looked that way from the map and the cache description.
