Yes, I know, there are 11. The last three have the same date, so stop paying me to do this. Smile

OK, The oldest one had been found. Brings us up to 7 TRAILER2 caches. Get out your special GeoCaching hat and head down to the Americus region. Whole lot of tough caching down there.

An adventuresome group of 4 ladies went a caching today in the Plains/Americus area. Together, they located 4 caches that were on this list. Congratulations to the 4 of you.

Thanks Asgoroth, it was a great day indeed.

I wonder if the CO of the first cache on this list knows his cache is on this list? After all, on the cache page he declares you are not to add his cache to any lists. Roll Eyes

From the cache page: As of January 1st 2009, all of my caches will be exempt from logging for challenges, games, series or other bookmarked nonsense dragging down the sport. I will delete any finds associated with this.

I remember that. He also says he'll delete any log saying it was used for any type of challenge..

He's Probably ok with this type of list.

I'm sure he'd be a little ticked that the *Cache that shall not be named* isn't included.

Heck I think he'd be tickled if all his caches made up the entire list!

Not sure what Dale was referring to from the last list. I have struck out the two that are disabled and added two to the bottom for the balance of ten.

I went chasing 1 of them and spent 2 hours at ground zero looking for a ammo can in the woods. I think his other plan was the puzzle that 2nd deal and waysiders did.

I'm have posted a needs archived for Hannahatchee #2 as there was 2 of us looking and poking for about 2 hours and I can't get the owner to respond to a needs maint.. maybe a reveiwer can get them off their butt.

I've got money that Barton Lake is still there, I believe I was between 40 and 50 feet and it is very well hidden near the intersection of 2 very old deadfalls.

Time for me to review the rest of your new list. Thanks for the effort

I put a note on the Lake Burton page.

The cache owner died several years ago. His family had maintained it as a tribute to him.

If I remember correctly. I could probably be talked into adopting it to keep the tribute alive. His family didn't cache... it was just him. I think. and when this all went down, adopting a cache wasn't as easy as it is today.

I would hate to lose another 2001 cache. We have so few left.

Sure would hate to loose this 'old timer'. If'n I can get the time off, I'd be willing to go with you, Annie. I found it in September, 2001 - and I'm sure it's changed by now.
