Facebook sent out notification today to people who are fans/friends of GA State Parks. Any clue how the cache's will be listed on geocaching.com? I'm guessing they will appear in the listings on May 8th.

Nice story on CBS Atlanta this morning about the Georgia challenge. I haven't cached in awhile but this will have me going (and probably taking my nephew)!

I've spoken with two cachers who are planning to get all the parks done in a week. I'm not one of them Up To No Good but wish I was.

Don't say you can't, say you'll try.

Did anyone else hear the commercial today on Z93 about the kick off event for the Georgia State geocaching challenge? Geocaching will be a house hold word in the near future.

This State Park Challenge goes against the norm. Question? Do we claim the park we stewart as a find. We're able to get the stamp for the challenge, and it keeps popping up on our queries. Cheesy, Huh? Inquiring minds want to know.

Don't see why not. I'm gonna visit the 2 that I steward, for the stamp. It would be cheesy if you went and got the FTF on it, IMHO. (or grabbing more than one Challenge FTF prize)
Just my 2¢

I'm with phat. Fine to get the stamp - not fine to get the FTF on your own cache or more than one FTF prize.

Cache, responsibly.....
