Nice pics. Thanks for posting... I missed the night event, but have seen "moon dust" mentioned a couple dozen times now. What exactly is moon dust, and are there any photos anywhere.. Guess I missed out.

I didn't take any photos of the Moon Dust but wish I had.
The Moon Dust was over 1200 clothes pins that had high tech reflector strips on them. They were attached to trees, bushes, grass and what ever.
At night when a light was shone on them, it was like thousands of eyes reflecting back in multiple colors. I got to the field maybe 30 minutes after the start of the event and there were still plenty of Moon Dust to see!

....also, I would like to know where they got the reflective material used on the clothes pins and the cool reflective pins stuck in the trees for the Snipe hunts?

We donated the red reflective tape - surplus from the plant that makes them. No tax dollars wasted! LOL

I've been looking for the link to the dude that took the group pix's site. I thought it might have been posted to the Going Coastal site. I don't know, maybe I'm a doofus, but I have looked around and can't find a link. Anyone have the dude's URL????

The official Going Coastal photographers website is here but I don't think anything he took is posted yet.

I'm sure he will contact someone in the GGA when he has something from all the events. I *heard* 2 weeks.

After reading the post from Shilo I went to Images of Georgia website and found the following link.http://orderpicture.com/index.php3?client=ima_6365448 Is there supposed to be a "code" or "password" to be entered to view the pictures or are they simply not uploaded yet?

Does anyone know? Going Coastal is in the list.
